I confirm I am the rightful owner or duly authorized to list this property and take full responsibility for any ownership or authority disputes. The agent (Omask Real Estate & House Agent) is not liable.

As a direct agent, I acknowledge that my commission will be paid by the property owner, while Omask Real Estate & House Agent will receive its agreed commission from the buyer.

As the property owner, I agree to pay Omask Real Estate & House Agent a commission of 5% of the final selling price upon successful completion of the transaction. This brings the total agency commission to 10%, comprising 5% payable by the seller and 5% payable by the buyer.
