I confirm I am the rightful owner or duly authorized to list this property and take full responsibility for any ownership or authority disputes. The agent (Omask Real Estate & House Agent) is not liable.

For every successful property sale, the property owner will pay you or your group a 5% commission, while the buyer will pay Omask Real Estate & House Agent a separate 5% commission, calculated based on the final sale price of the property.

As the property owner, I agree to pay Omask Real Estate & House Agent a commission of 5% of the final selling price upon successful completion of the transaction. This brings the total agency commission to 10%, comprising 5% payable by the seller and 5% payable by the buyer.
